By accessing or using PrizePep ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

PrizePep provides a platform for organizations to create, manage, and run raffle fundraisers. We facilitate ticket sales, draw management, and winner notification. We are not responsible for the conduct of raffle organizers, the delivery of prizes, or compliance with local raffle regulations—those remain the responsibility of the organizing entity.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Run raffles that violate local, state, or federal regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other accounts.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without our express permission.

5. Fees and Payments

PrizePep may charge fees for use of the platform. Fees will be disclosed before you incur them. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers; by making a payment, you agree to their terms. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by PrizePep and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF RAFFLE ORGANIZERS, PARTICIPANTS, OR THIRD PARTIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIZEPEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
